§1. General Provisions:
1. Every player who creates an account on the server is required to comply with the game rules.
2. Lack of knowledge of the rules does not exempt from complying with them.
3. In case of rule violation, the administration reserves the right to restrict access to the account or delete it entirely.

§2. Players:
1. It is forbidden to create characters with offensive nicknames. Nicknames that insult others, involve modern politics, are racist, or discriminate against any nation are strictly prohibited. 
Let’s respect each other.
2. Every character created on the server is the property of the server. Trading or selling accounts/characters is forbidden. Legal loopholes attempting to bypass this rule will not be tolerated.
3. Any promotion or advertisement of other game servers is strictly prohibited.
4. Lying to or directly insulting the administration will result in a temporary ban or, in extreme cases, account deletion.
5. Players are obligated to follow the instructions of the administration when necessary.
6. Players must communicate with the administration respectfully and with proper language. Violations may result in restricted account access.
7. Every player is subject to the administration’s direct judgment.
8. Exploiting game bugs is strictly prohibited. Bugs should be reported on the forum. (Serious bugs may be rewarded with a large amount of Premium Points.)
9. It is forbidden to insult others on game-chat, help, trade, or default channels. Minor offenses may be overlooked, but repeated or excessive behavior will be punished.
10. Spreading false information about the server or the administration is prohibited and may result in account deletion.
11. All accounts, characters, items, and anything related to the game are the property of the administration. The player is only temporarily allowed to use them in the game.
12. It is strictly forbidden to claim ownership of others' items, scam players, ask for login/password/recovery key, cooperate with rule-breakers, send hack links, or attempt hacking.
13. Trading or sharing any bot scripts is forbidden.
14. Giving or receiving "free frags" (intentionally letting someone kill you or killing someone intentionally) is strictly forbidden. This usually results in account deletion.
15. Using combo leader tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account deletion if detected.
16. Unfair actions that harm other players will be strictly punished.
17. Helping the opposing team in Team War or excessive passivity may result in a ban.

§3. Administration:

1. The administration acts to facilitate gameplay and ensure a smooth experience.
2. No one is perfect. If there are doubts about an admin’s decision, the case will be reviewed on the forum and judged by other staff members. Remember, everyone makes mistakes.
3. The administration tries to review all requests/reports/comments as soon as possible. However, it may take some time.
4. The final word belongs to the head administrator.

§4. Punishments:

1. Depending on the offense, the administration reserves the right to punish the player according to the following rules.
2. If a player exploits bugs for personal gain without reporting them — account suspension for up to 15 days or account deletion.
3. If a player offends the administration in a vulgar or distasteful way — up to 48 hours account suspension.
4. Lack of rule knowledge — full liability depending on the offense.
5. Extraordinary cases not covered by the rules — up to 30-day ban or account deletion.

§5. Donations:
Donations to the server are voluntary.

1. In return for supporting the project, players may receive premium points, which are intended solely for in-game purposes (e.g., exchanging them for cosmetic outfits or other functionalities).
2. Every contribution helps support the development and maintenance of the server (e.g., technical costs, hosting, updates, system improvements).
3. Contributions are not considered purchases of goods or services under consumer sales regulations and are non-refundable. Premium points have no market value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currencies.
4. The administration reserves the right to modify the content of the premium offers and point conversion rates at any time, without prior notice.

§6. Final Provisions:

1. The administration reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
2. The administration will strictly enforce these rules.
3. The punishment system is not rigid. It is flexible and will be applied individually based on the nature of the offense.
4. These rules aim to improve the quality of gameplay and clearly define the regulations on the server.
5. In case a particular situation or issue is not covered by the rules, the server administrator will make the final decision.
